All life is cyclical.
The tides go in and out in a perfect rhythm, just as the moon waxes and wanes across the starry night sky.
I love witnessing the cycles of the seasons on earth and how beautifully they unfold throughout the wheel of the year – the earth breathes in autumn and winter and then breathes out again in spring and summer.
The dance of life unfolds in a beautiful cycle of expansion and contraction, ebb and flow, inhalation and exhalation in perfect divine harmony and order.
So naturally, we as humans also have natural cycles, ebbs and flows in our lives.
Joyful expansion gives way to quiet introspection, jolts of action balanced with moments of retreat and stillness.
Death makes way for birth. Darkness makes way for light.
Trust the turning, trust the time, trust the becoming. The same life force that pulses through the universe flows through you.
Trust in the wisdom of life.
With increased solar activity recently, and powerful waves of cosmic energy pouring in, many are noticing shifts and shifts in energy levels. Some people may find they sleep more, some less, some energetic, some tired, and everything in between.
Awareness is key.
Where are you now in the normal rhythm of life?
Ebbs and flows are normal, and sometimes you’ll feel lively and engaged, and other times calm and introspective.
The cycle we travel through mimics the dance of the cosmos.
Do not judge the changing seasons in you. There is purpose in both energetic expansion and quiet, contemplative periods of inner stillness and relative stillness.
Honor your unique journey.
When you feel socially connected and alive, embrace it fully! Share your light, create and participate. But when you need a retreat, be just as kind to yourself as you rest, recharge, and search within.
Even the mightiest rivers flow gently sometimes.
Your body also cycles through highs and lows – respect its wisdom.
Each stage is temporary, so breathe and know that you are on your soul’s path, but it may wind and bend.
Celebrate the seasons, both active and restful, for they are the pulse of sacred life moving through you.
As the cycles and rhythms of life continue, let love guide and inspire you.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
“To every thing there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:
A time of birth, and a time of death; A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted
A time to kill, and a time to heal; A time to break, and a time to build;
A time to cry, and a time to laugh; A time to mourn, and a time to dance;
When throwing stones, when gathering stones; A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain, a time to lose; A time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to tear, a time to sew; A time to be silent, a time to speak;
A time to love, a time to hate; A time of war, and a time of peace.”
With love and gratitude,
