Congressman Paul Gosser (R-AZ) spoke with The Gateway Pundit Correspondent Jordan Conradson on Thursday after he added his name to support a vacancy motion against Speaker Mike Johnson.
Gateway Pundit reported Thursday that Gosser became the third Republican, joining Reps. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) and Thomas Massey (R-KY), to support a proposal to vacate the chair and remove Mike Johnson as House Speaker. “About 11 million illegal aliens have crossed our southern border in the past three years. My congressional district in Arizona, ground zero for attacks, is being pounded by waves of lawbreakers. These illegal aliens have brought violent crime, deadly drugs, human trafficking, and are undermining money and services for U.S. citizens. In fact every state has become a border state. In response to Mike Johnson’s latest anti-American foreign aid package announced Wednesday, Gosher said communities across the country are being destroyed, families are being destroyed and Americans in need are being ignored.
Speaker Johnson proudly declared himself a “wartime speaker” before announcing a huge foreign aid package to finance the oceans away from many countries – but not the United States. The United States is not even at war with anyone!
After that, Congress will likely declare war somewhere to make Johnson’s self-fulfilling prophecy come true.
As The Gateway Pundit reports, the House of Representatives on Saturday passed three bills to transfer $95 billion in “foreign aid” to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza and other non-US conflict zones around the world. Of the $95 billion, $60 billion was allocated to Ukraine.
The Ukraine handout was sold as a “debt” to the American people. However, the package Johnson announced Wednesday includes provisions that would allow the president to cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt after Nov. 15, 2024, and the remaining 50% after Jan. 1, 2024, The Gateway Pundit reports. It’s no surprise that Joe Biden came out “strongly” in support of the package, urging the House and Senate to pass it.
Two bills, the Indo-Pacific Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 and the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024, both passed the House with more support from Democrats than Republicans.
112 “no” votes came from Republicans on a bill to send $60 billion to Ukraine. 101 Republicans voting “AYE” with 210 Democrats. Every single Democrat voted to send additional taxpayer money to secure a foreign border, more than double the number of Republican votes in favor.

The Ukraine funding, which has more support from Republicans than Democrats, comes after Republicans led by Mike Johnson released a $1.2 trillion spending bill with more support from Democrats than Republicans and reauthorized warrantless searches of Americans under FISA Section 702.
Asked why Mike Johnson would bring this bogus Ukraine “loan” bill to the floor, Gosser told us that Democrat Chuck Schumer put it all there and speculated that “Johnson was forced to bring it to the floor.” Gosser added, “It’s all done from a defense perspective. It’s coming from the military complex Eisenhower warned us about.”
In addition to Mike Johnson, Gosser was also asked about his so-called Republican colleague, Rep. Juan Siscomani from Arizona.
Siskomani was the only representative in the Arizona Republican delegation to vote in favor of the $1.2 trillion spending package and the renewal of FISA warrantless spying. He also joined Reputation. David Schweickert Arizona is voting for a $60 billion handout to Ukraine on Saturday.
Goser said it’s “very important for the people in his district to talk to him and give him their opinion” and hold him accountable, which can also be done by voting in the primary election.
Gateway Pundit previously spoke with Siskomani primary challenger Kathleen Wynne to discuss Siskomani’s voting record on anti-American policies. “It’s one thing to say you want to secure the border and do something else. The Siskomani vote didn’t do it. Arizona or America is safe,” Wynn told The Gateway Pundit again on Siskomani’s vote to send $95 billion to foreign countries and keep our borders open. He continued, “Once again, he is not honoring the requests of his constituents, and the constituents should respond.”

Conradson: What finally brought you to this conclusion?
Gosher: Well, we got this package and the more we learn about this package, the worse it gets. The bottom line here is that our southern border is being invaded by illegal aliens and the speaker promised that this would be a mountain to die on, that we would have that support for our border security and America, its homeland. And we didn’t get to all of that. And there’s something wrong when you can’t defend your motherland, but yet, you’re dealing with the war in Ukraine, you know they’re losing badly. Then you have another war going on in the Middle East with Israel and Hamas and now with Iran. So, I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t say, ‘Listen, he’s not doing the will of the people. We have to listen to people.’ Illegal immigration is the number one issue in our country.
Conradson: And every single Arizona Republican, except one, sees how this issue is affecting the country and the state of Arizona. Every Arizona Republican except Juan Siscomani seems to be in favor of passing this bill and not in favor of securing our border. And just to remind everyone, this is the third major loss for Republicans in the last month. First, we have a $1.2 trillion spending package, which did nothing to secure the border. Next, we have the FISA renewal, which hurts Americans, and now we have this. Why don’t your fellow siscomani vote for pro-American policies?
Gosher: I don’t know if you will talk to him. And I think it’s very important for people in his district to talk to him and have their say. You know, we’re a huge nation, so there’s a lot of different opinions, but that’s why there’s controversy. That’s why we elect people but you also don’t have to stop there but hold them accountable. Jordan, you know, I’ve been responsible many times, from my anime, to other things going down. So, from that perspective, there are always going to be consequences. If there are no consequences and they are not followed, you just turn around and pass things. But you know, nobody is really bad about this. They started a little earlier. This bill, you know, on FISA, we got rid of at least 70% of the bill. What I mean by that is they wanted to renew it for seven years. We renewed it for two years. It’s important because they put it in the Trump administration, the future Trump administration, where he can actually help us kill it – get through full reform. Yes, it’s disappointing that we didn’t get a warrant. But even Warren Davidson’s Bill, [H.R. 4639 – Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act], passed the House, and it has a chance to move through the Senate and be signed into law. So, we’ll see, we’ll see. But again the issue of this money at our border; There is money. As you know, we are responsible for killing the covid national emergency. The only non-president to have declared a national emergency. There is tons of money out there; They keep flaunting this money in front of us, from a $10,000 credit card in New York to $1,000 per illegal alien, housing them, feeding them. All this is coming from there. It is flush with money. The government is obsessed with money, and the federal government is trying to use it against us. Why don’t we use it accordingly? Why can’t we use Ukraine to secure our own borders?
Conradson: With this foreign aid bill, they claim it’s a loan, but really it’s a gift. I mean, it gave President Trump the power to forgive 50% of the debt here in November before he took office. If President Trump doesn’t take office, if they manage to steal the election, they can forgive 100% of the debt. What is it? Why did Johnson bring such a bill to the floor?
Gosher: we will be I think Johnson was forced to bring it to the floor. You know, Thomas Massey will tell you that it started out as a veterans bill, HR 815, and it was the advancement of health care for veterans in rural settings. so Schumer dares, and he puts his dirty bill here. All this is done from the point of view of defense. This is coming from the military complex Eisenhower warned us about. That’s where this is coming from. So, yes, you are absolutely right. The money is going to Hamas even though they say it is not. How do you give help to Israel that other, but it is coming with it? There is really no untoward incident over Ukraine. You know, and I proposed the amendment, Jordan, you know, to start peace talks, because what we’re hearing is from real people, from real situations, from real time, Ukraine is being badly destroyed and young people in Ukraine are trying to resist. Don’t want to because they’re just going to be fodder for death. Something’s gone wrong here and we’re raising money for all sides of the war. So, is it really about making money for the industrial warfare complex? Or is it about true freedom and independence?
