Rob DiRienzo then referred to as the Georgia committee chairman, Republican Cosworth, who mentioned Willis could possibly be held in contempt if he refused to look and ignored his subpoena.
Sen. Cosworth, the chair of the Republican committee, was discovered off the cellphone. He maintains that he has the statutory energy to subpoena Willis, and that he could possibly be held in contempt if he refuses to look: “I certain hope it does not get that.”
